Called the place and they said they had the RV tire I needed and we set up an appointment. Called the day before and confirmed they had the tire and the appointment. We arrived and was informed that not only that they didn't have the tire they do not install RV tires.

Friendly folks, unfortunately friendly doesn't fix cars. I made an appointment to drop my car off and was told it should be a one day job. I called back two hours later and they had not yet looked at it. I called back two more hours later and was told they still had not looked at it. I left it with them for the rest of the day, called back twenty six hours after having dropped my vehicle off and they still had not even looked at it. They wasted my time. Don't say you can do a job when you can't, just be honest about your work load up front.

It was certainly not our intention to keep you waiting, and we truly apologize for the delay you describe. Please know that having a chance to discuss this personally would mean a great deal to us, and we hope you'll consider sending your phone number and availability in an email to [email protected]. Thank you for your business and candor.

I had a wonderful experience with the folks at Gary’s. My truck was fixed quickly and is humming along again. Plus everyone I spoke with was courteous and friendly; I was given accurate information; and I was made to feel that my business was appreciated. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend.

We took our mid nineties ford ranger to another shop in town to fix a problem with our fuel system. After charging us to replace a fuel pump and filler neck hose, both of those stopped working. We then took it to Gary's auto where Will helped us diagnose and solve our problems. He even discovered that the previous shop didn't replace our fuel pump like they said they had, and helped us be able to get a refund from that original mechanic. Gary's Auto, and Will specifically, were incredibly helpful, and focused on solving the actual problems instead of just selling us parts. With a quick turnaround time to boot. Because of how they treated us we will be taking all of our cars here from now on.

We have brought our cars here for a few years, and every person we have interacted with has been honest, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are not pushy, and they truly appreciate your business. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. We will continue to bring our cars to Gary's.

I would not recommend doing business with the boss Jeff, especially if you are trying to buy a car from him. He does shady business, and likes to waste people's time. I rode a bus for an hour and a half to meet him to buy his Toyota, only to get there and find out he decided to go ahead and leave, knowing I was on my way. He also will not give you a fair price, was trying to charge me almost a grand more than what the Blue Book on the car was. Also, from the looks of things, it seems he will do the bare minimum to get the car up to snuff for sale. Take your business elsewhere and deal with someone legit.

We got new tires (Continental TerrainContact) for a Forester from Gary's last year, then went back for a flat repair some months later. When I went in for the free tire rotation (including rotating in the full-size spare off its wheel) a few days ago, the team was incredibly accommodating and caring. They discovered that one of the wheels had been put back on unsafely (three of the five lug nuts were cross-threaded). They verbalized concern for my safety and well-being and helped make a plan with consideration for my travel needs. They showed me the damaged parts as requested, worked swiftly to replace the affected studs & nuts (all free of charge), and printed out info on the shop closest to my new home (where I can continue to go in for free rotation). The owner even installed a new rear wiper blade free of charge, apologizing for the inconvenience. Other things I liked: comfortable waiting area, free WiFi, the employment of female technician(s), and an environment in which I felt comfortable asking questions & verbalizing ideas/needs/concerns.
