The great folks at Gary's were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice, after my new car got stolen and I had to fix the old one suddenly. My 2006 Dodge van had a broken front strut and turned out a broken axel to boot! Well, they got it into the shop late on a Friday, and managed to get both front struts and the axel replaced, and aligned the front end and was ready to go by 4pm Monday afternoon! Easy to work with and they kept me posted every step of the way. I'd use them again in a quick second. I found them on AAA's list of recommendations and they gave me 10% off labor for being a member- bonus! Seems to me if you need their services, you can't go wrong to use them! Thanks for the great job!

I took my car in for a tune up and inspection and they did a spark plug replacement along with air filter and oil change, maybe more -- I don't have the receipt here. I'm amazed and delighted that Gary's gave me a ride both before and after service.

What a find! Encountered a tire emergency and Gary’s was just what the doctor ordered to give my vehicle the life support it needed. Very kind staff! From the first phone call, to the front office and the service technicians. Didn’t know what I would walk into, but they provided the service THE SAME DAY with upmost respect and courtesy. Thank you! My shift link cable broke and Logan was awesome. He was able to get my Trailblazer towed to the shop and they got it replaced and took apart my middle console and had to clean up all the years of gunk and crud that had built up along the automatic shifter area. The bill was a little more than I expected but they were great about helping me get financing and had me back on the road in two days. I would suggest anyone looking for a good friendly shop definitely use Gary's. They are very easy to get to, they are right next to the McDonald's on Columbia and MLK in Portland.
