my car just got brought in today and they will have the part today and it will be fixed tomorrow granted it's a broken control arm so it's not super difficult but they have great customer service and friendly nice people working at the shop, I highly recommend them for your mechanical needs

Honest auto care, which is so hard to find!! I never feel any pressure to get any work done. They just give me the facts and reasonable cost estimates to get work done. They are also great at explaining things and answering my questions. I drive 45 minutes now still to get my oil changed with them because they have earned my trust.

I had work done on my car at another Tire Pro shop out of state and had a few issues pop up upon my drive back. After a quick diagnostic found it was related to the previous work done. The Tire Pro warranty on the work covered the correct repairs and cleared all the issues. Thanks Logan for helping me out and dealing with the warranty paperwork.

The team at Gary’s provided amazing customer service and was very communicative with the work that was being performed, all while me not being there. I had to work that day and had my car dropped by a tow truck. I called in periodically to check in and the team was very warm and friendly with explaining everything that was happening to my vehicle. Picked it up at the end of the day easy peasy.
